Ici j’ai exploré la transparence et les superpositions pour créer une œuvre légère, colorée et fantaisiste qui change d’aspect selon l’éclairage et l’arrière-plan. Pour la faire plus grande, j’ai fabriqué un cerceau en tube de PVC sur lequel j’ai tendu une fine moustiquaire. Tous les tissus et le matériel utilisés sont légers, pour ne pas déformer la moustiquaire, et la plupart sont aussi plus ou moins transparents. Il s’agit de ma première œuvre à deux faces où les défis étaient d’harmoniser la composition des deux côtés et de faire disparaître les détails de finition.

In this one, I explored transparency and layering to create a light, colourful and fanciful piece that changes depending on the lighting and backdrop. To make it larger, I made the hoop out of a PVC tube and stretched fine screen cloth over it. All the fabric and material I used is very light, in order not to distort the screen, and most are more or less transparent. It is my first two faced piece where the challenge was to harmonize the composition on both sides while hiding the finishing details.
